Hi!,

does anyone know the best way to clean a MacBook? I just spent about 20 minutes rubbing mine down with Windex and a paper towel and it still just smudges dirt around. Is there a better solution? Mines white, so its even harder to clean.

I searched the forum and I found multiple threads about this subject. One suggestion was Mr. Clean Magic Eraser. :)

Yes, iklear is the best product to clean your macbook followed by the Mr. Clean Magic Eraser.

I just spent about 20 minutes rubbing mine down with Windex
Don't use Windex on your screen!:Shouting:
The more you use Windex the more it will wreak the film and gloss on your screen (if you have a gloss screen).

your best bet for a screen is a soft lint free cloth and warm water. dont use the magic eraser on it!

My Mackenzie is in a bad need of a good cleaning. I was thinking of using the magic eraser. How wet (if any) can I get the keys? What's the best thing to clean under the keys? My computer is about a year and a half old, so it's really starting to show all the little fuzzes and crumbs and stuff.
