Well, tell us what features you wish iTunes had. I wish they had a refund feature... where you could refund a song within an hour of buying the song. I accidentally bought the same song twice... I didn't realize it because they were in different albums. So annoying! :Angry-Tongue:

There will never be an automatic refund feature, but if you made a double purchase by accident you can always contact Apple and explain the situation.
You would likely be given a credit or possibly a refund.

I wish iTunes had a "quick play" feature - that is, for the media types where iTunes is the default player, it would just play the file you double-clicked on and then prompted you as to whether you wanted to import it into your library prior to playing the track. Perhaps I'm missing something, but it seems that currently it's either all or nothing (i.e. you can either import all tracks played, or none of them).

Drives me crazy too, so what I do is highlight the .mp3 or whatever in Finder, and hit spacebar, it gives a preview of the track w/o throwing it into iTunes.

Yep, that's what I do currently - of course, when you open a file in quick look, the controls are fairly sparse.
