Are there any keyboard shortcuts to:
1. Maximize a window in os x -- I know command+m will minimize it.
2. Navigate through the icons in the dock and open an application/maximize a minimized window
3. choose a menu application from a main menu (like in windows -- one of the things, the very few things, I like about windows) -- for example, choose the file menu and then use the arrow keys to choose an option from a menu (such as open a file from the file menu instead of command + o).
Thanks!
