Candybar ruined my dock??

I recently tried applying changes to all of my icons, and once I did, I lost my dock's responsiveness to the mouse!? The magnified icons no longer follow the mouse's movement at all, as well as stacks, etc. I've tried rebooting, reverting all the icons, rebooting dock, de/reselecting the magnification option, etc. I still can't figure out why my dock is bugged now can anyone help?
