microsoft word mac 2008 toolbox dissapeared

how can i make my toolbox appear back, now when i open my microsoft word, i dont the the, new page, open, save, undo, page size. someone did this to my macbook pro by accident, and i have no idea how to make it appear, i tried make things to make it work, still nothing has happened. here is an image so yu will know what i am talking about.

click the little .... grey box on top.
i don't know what it's called.
you see the RED YELLOW AND GREEN buttons. it's on the other side. it should show the new, open and save again.. i hope. tell me if it works.
