PartyPoker.com - It offers free play and it's the most Mac-friendly one IMO.

I would never ever consider Ultimate Bet And Absolute. Both involved in big scandals and both seem to have brought no one to justice. Do your own search for more information.

Have been using Full Tilt for almost 3 years and have not really had any issues related to the software at all.

At some point, they did do some tweaking of their software and it now takes 30-60 seconds for me to actually connect. They are dealing with multiple accounts from the same IP and seems they're making their best attempt to make sure what occurred at the sites Xstep mentioned does not occur to them. They've got a lot of time and money invested in paying the Pro's to use their name and can't afford a scandal.

Of course, if you're not playing cash games, there are other sites around for pure entertainment.

PokerStars - works well with mac. Download the application; that will contact the site every time you play, and completely free :)
