So I have a newer macbook with Leopard(10.5) on it.
I just bought a macbook pro with Tiger(10.4) on it.

If I put in the original Leopard OS discs into the pro will it install Leopard over Tiger?
If so, I dont have to reformat or erase my existing pro HD do I? (cause I have a lot of stuff on it)
OF NOTE: the macbook pro OS discs actually say Macbook Pro on the disc and the macbook OS discs say Macbook. So this is why I am not sure if I can do it?
Thanks

PS: I already putting in the newer Leopard disc in to just install the bundled extras but it said I couldnt.

You can't do it. Not only would you be violating the Apple EULA, the MacBook Leopard install disk set is specific for that machine as is the Tiger install disk set for the MBP.

Purchase a retail copy of Leopard.

Amazon.com: Mac OS X Version 10.5.4 Leopard: Software

Thanks for the clarification.
This might sound dumb but I want to be sure I dont screw anything up and have to reformat.
SO when I am buying, theres no Leopard specific for the Mac and one specific for the Macbook right?

Your Mac's Specs
Way... way too many specs to list.
the retail version should have drivers for all the machines since it's not a restore disk :)
