Podcasts not copying to iPod

Your Mac's Specs
13" MBP - 2.7 Ghz, Intel Core i7, 8GB RAM.
I have 7 subscribed Podcasts, all updated with new Podcasts, but they're not copying to my iPod during synch. Music transfers fine but not Podcasts. Why?
