Music problem in I movie...

Ok so i am making a slideshow in Imovie and want to add a tune from Itunes which i know how to do or thought i did..

What i want to know is why this one particular track only partly comes over...
It is one file but only the intro 35 seconds or so come across when i play back and this is all that shows in the green music zone thingy .....

Has anyone else experienced this and if so do you have fix please ??

Is your movie more than 35 seconds? As far as I know, iMovie does not make the picture content stretch out over the length of the song, rather the song is truncated to the length of the movie.

Clicking on the speaker of the background song (green content) will let you play with the star and ending positions. Well with the movie length.

Thanks i will try that but i think its the song file as i do remember trying to move the green zone out a bit but only the intro came over..

You open the adjustment for the green zone by clicking on the speaker of it at the upper left. Then move the yellow bar on the left to the right for the location you want it to start at.
