Email loss

After complete restoration all email loaded from network solutions pop server had disappeared unfortunately no back up is there any means of retrieval?

No, because you were using POP which downloads the mail to your computer, instead of using IMAP which keeps them on the server.

I switched to a Mac about a year ago and this is why I love Time Machine and my external drive. I recently (last week) lost my hard drive and after the drive was replaced I did a full system restore via Time Machine. Awesome! Everything is as it was before the failure.
