Hi everyone,
I recently upgraded the hard drive on my Macbook Pro. In the tutorial I was following to do so, I was told that to increase the bootup speed after the upgrade, I was to go into Startup Disk under System Preferences, choose the new drive and press Restart. The problem is that when I go there, I cannot see my new disk. All that shows up is Network Startup, which is what I don't want. I tried zapping my PRAM, but that did not make the disk appear. Does anyone know what I could do to get my new drive to appear under the Startup Disk tab? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance.
