Using Idvd

Im in need to burn an iso file onto a standard DVD. How would I go about to do this. I tried using iDVD, but it completely confused me. Any help would be greatly appreciated

2017 27" iMac, 10.5" iPad Pro, iPhone 8, iPhone 11, iPhone 12 Mini, Numerous iPods, Monterey
Not iDVD, use "Disk Utility" instead:

Open Utilities -> Disk Utility -> Images -> Burn. Select the ISO and choose burn.
