software update problems

Please can anyone help. My G5 wont do any software updates and hasn't since April 2008. A lot of my programs wont work as a result. I've been right through the downloads on mac site and nothing is working. jackie

Your Mac's Specs
MacMini 14.3, 8.1 & 4.1, OS 13.5, 10.14, & 10.11 & 10.6; Macbook Pro 8.2, OS 10.12.
More detailed info please Jackie. What model of G5, and what updates were installed until April 08? I also use 10.3.9, and, from memory, there have been no updates to that OS version this year.
