Do i need to reinstall parallels if i upgrade to 10.5?

Greetings,
I just got a used MacBook Pro mid-2007 model from a friend and it is running tiger 10.4.11. It has Office '08 recently installed, as well as Parallels and windows xp. My question is will i be able to upgrade to Leopard without having to reinstall Parallels and windows? I'm not as concerned with office.
