For the past several weeks, junk mail has been showing in the Trash mailbox with the golden pouch icon beside each junk entry. I don't remember fooling around with Preferences, but I could have. I've gone through Preferences over and over, making sure that junk mail goes to the Junk Mail mailbox. I even added a Rule that "Existing junk mail in the Trash mailbox goes to the Junk Mail mailbox." I can't get those junk mail entries out of Trash!
Also in the Rules box: I'm not sure what the message "Do you want to apply your rules in open mailboxes?" means--I've tried "Yes" and I've tried "No" but nothing changes. What should it be?
