Help!! Scrambled Video!!!

I was using iPhoto today and as soon as I tried to edit an image everything on the screen was frozen for 1 minute.. It seemed like in the background everything was going fine but the screen didn't show it!! And then when it came back after a minute it, it was scrambled. Here is the screenshot of my dock: Picture 3.png

Does anybody have any idea what happened to my MBP?!

Haven't installed anything new for past few days if that matters.

MBP i7, Mac Mini & iPhone 3G.
Maybe your GPU? It is in your sig. Maybe this has caused an issue that OS X couldn't deal with.
