Currently have my MBP backing up to a 500 Gb Time Capsule and it works like a dream. ( Saved my live already on a couple of occasions )
I have a plan to buy the daughters a Mini Mac and I was wondering if I could have the Mini backing up to the same Time Capsule.
Would this setup work and will Time Machine be able to differentiate between the backups of the MBP and the Mini ?

I looked on Apple to see if there was any information available, but could not find an answer.

Somebody here has experience with a similar situation ?

Any feedback will be much appreciated.

Yes, I have both of the Macs in my house using a single Time Capsule. It actually creates two separate image files on the backup device and does just fine to keep them separate.
