The title is pretty self explanatory. I have a dual monitor set-up but find it frustrating if I have an app open in my secondary monitor, but the menu bar and dock is back in the primary monitor. Is there a way to have the menu bar and dock on both monitors? Thanks.

Set display preference arrangement to "mirror" mode. Dock and menu will be on both displays.

Regards.

Right but then I can't have different apps open on different monitors.

Right. You get one menu bar and one dock.

Either the menu bar and dock are on one screen, or you mirror the display to multiple monitors. You can't have different menu bars or docks on different displays.
