Ok, now I am getting angry.

I have the Safari crashing issues that I am dealing with, but now twice yesterday the phone froze while viewing a website and needed to be hard reset.

What should I do? Should I go to the Apple store? The phone is only about 4 to 5 weeks old.

PLEASE HELP! I am doubting my switch to AT&T for this piece of crap. :(

Have you tried restoring your iPhone from iTunes?

Many times when Safari crashed. Not since, it froze, though. Why would it help now?

I went to the Apple store and after checking what has happened, they replaced my iPhone. They said I had a bad iPhone.

I hope this solves it for good.

There seems to be a lot of "bad iPhones" - mine, my fiance's, me friend's and his girlfriend's!

Is it the 3g or the first generation that is closing Safari? I have an original one and it constantly closes safari. Should I take mine is also?

I would recommend restarting it by holding down home and power button for 5-7 seconds, it will turn off and then you will see a apple logo.

If that fails take it by your local apple store they are usually good with problems:p
