how do I turn on WEP? for security purposes

open safari, enter the ip address of the router that came in the routers manual, itll take you to a setup page, there should be an option to enable wep.

"Block Anonymous Internet Requests" is what I see if that what I want enabled? Because it seems to already be enabled.

Okay I enabled WEP but now its asking me for a password to access my wireless network and I never gave it a password so I dont know what to put for a password, luckily my airport card has picked up a signal from someone in my neighborhood for me to get some feedback.

did you try to use the password "admin" works 98% of the time as the default password in factory shiped routers taht arn't airports.

Yeah I tried that it didnt work for some reason and I havent changed the password from that, So I restarted the router and I have access to my internet now atleast.
