how do you change you macs theme?

when i mean theme i mean like the top bars like is black and ur icons look different then how the icons look now

Assuming you're using OS X Tiger (the older version), you can use Shapeshifter. Otherwise, I'm not aware of any other skinning utilities.

to make a graphite appearance go System Preferences > appearance > appearance then select ether, blue or graphite looks.

You can download something like Candy Bar or another icon program. What I did is find icons sites off google or the Apple website. Download these and switch your icons with them.
