I would like to replace the stock Hard Drive in my Macbook Pro (mid 2007) with something bigger. I've been looking at the Spinpoint M6 500gb.
To the best of my knowledge, this is compatible with my Macbook Pro. It is 2.5 " with a height of 9.5 mm.
First of all, am I wrong that it is compatible?
Secondly, has anyone used this HDD in their MBP? Is it noisy, too hot, suck the life out of your battery?
