Hey everyone. i have an old ipod touch (1st gen) and just got a new one with the purchase of my macbook pro.
this is all fine and dandy, but i just ran into a wee little road block:
i have some songs on my old i-pod from cds that i put on it that are now all scratched up and useless... i can't burn them onto my computer. so i was wondering if there was any way i could backup my old i pod (via cd or external drive) and import those songs to my new ipod.
the only other alternative is dawning the pirate hat and downloading the songs, but i would rather not do that.
thanks for any help
