Showing multiple photos in blog summary page

Hi all. I'm working on a blog and would like my blog summary page to include all of the pictures on my blog post, not just the one that is the placeholder picture.
Is there a way to do this?? Also I would love to not have to have my readers click the read more button to see the rest of my pictures, I'd rather everything be right on the summary page.
