i have an usual problem. i have one person in my office (using M$ Office) that has a yellowish gradient background in his emails and when he sends me emails all i see is a big black email and inside it i can see his attached sig (jpg) file and any attachments but no words just a big black email.
however if i click and highlight the where the words should be i can see them in blue and then they go back to black when i release the highlight.
i am on 10.5.5 with all updates and also the other people using mac's with the same 10.5.5 in my office do not have this problem. in fact if someone else ona mac forwards me the email it shows up just fine.
any ideas?
thanks for any help
