How do I connect my mac to a windows Domain

Hi Guys

I want to add my Mac to our windows domain at work but cant find the UAM module in 10.5. I read some where that it is not used anymore. Can someone pls point me in the right direction.

If you go to the Directory Utility program which is in Applications/Utilities you will see a list of configurable directory services after you click on Advanced Settings then on Services. Click on Active Directory and then Configure. You will need to know your AD forest and domain name, give your mac a computer ID and then click on Bind. It will then ask you for the credentials of an account with permissions to join a computer to the domain (ie a domain admin) and that should be all.
