Deleted Entourage 2008 main identity

Dear all,

I accidentally deleted my main identity from Entourage 2008. I am using Mac osx version 10.5.5.
Is there any way to recover all my mails. There were more than 2000 mails, and it seems like my mac hardisk is suddenly got 10 gb of space. Is all my data lost forever?

Are we to guess from your post that you do not have any backups available?
