Hi All,

Last night all my music was working fine in iTunes. This morning I go to play an album and it wont play, when I click to play it comes up with a message saying my computer is not authorised to play said album. I tired another and I am having the same problem. It seems to be happening with albums that I have bought that iTunes, it prompts the message, I type in my password and even though it is correct it comes up with a further message saying that there was an error storing my authorisation on my computer. It has never done this before, do any one have a clue how to fix it or what could have gone wrong!?

Many thanks
Liz

It may be the latest round of updates.

I have a similar problem on my Powermac G5 since the last round of updates was installed. I can play one item, but if I try to play another, then it will give me the authorization message. I type in my password, and it then tells me the item is already authorized (of course it is!) but then refuses to play anything until I restart the application.

ALSO, sometimes I have trouble resizing the screen while playing TV episodes I've downloaded. When going from a window to fullscreen mode the video will just go grey and not come back until I quit and restart iTunes.

Reinstalling iTunes might be the answer. I haven't tried it yet, but I'll let you know how it goes.
