how can i sync my music from my iphone to a new MacBook

what i need to do is transfer all my music from my iphone that was synced with my old laptop to a new MacBook,is this possible?i was able to sync my contacts only,if i try to do music says that i will loose all my music from my old itunes and will be replace for the MacBook itunes,is there a way or i need to put my music in a cd,i also want to transfer my applications and ringtones,any help from you guys??

thanx,i found phoneview and i was able to transfer pretty much my music,contacts and ringtones,only thing i cant transfer is applications,anybody knows??
