Hey mac fans, I just thought I would see if anyone had any recommendations for me. I have a Powerbook G4 (bought in ~2005) that works great when plugged in w/ a/c adapter, but when running on battery it will die. It isn’t consistent in when it dies, sometimes at 75%, 50% 25%ish battery charge left (variable). It also doesn’t give the “you are running on reserve power” message, just dies. When I boot back up it still says I have a charge, but has reset my clock and everything (like I had unplugged a desk-top when it was on). Not sure if it is the battery or potentially something more serious. Any of you computer geniuses out there have any recommendations (other then get it looked at ☺ ).
