besides something like media rage or fixtunes, does anyone know of a freeware app that will embed artwork in an existing mp3 file (not just have it in itunes only)?
right now i'm using max to rip my cds, and that allows me to embed artwork right in the mp3 file so it follows the file to other platforms/media players. i do still have lots of existing mp3s that i'd like to add album artwork to, and occasionally max doesn't recognize an album and i am forced to rip with itunes.
also, if anyone has any experience with media rage or fixtunes, let me know what you think of them so if i do end up having to shell out the cash, i have some idea of what i'm getting myself into.
