I hear a crack when i flip open my macbook !=S

Did this happen to anyone before?! my macbook accidently slipped on the CARPET as i was sitting on a chair. Now when I open it, i hear a crack coming from the middle part=s

i'm gna take it to apple store tomorrow, but if this happened to any1 else pleease reply to this

I have had this problem with my previous macbook white, it's just the plastic lcd rubbing on the keyboard, look closely at the left hinge from all angles.
