Using the remote feature freezes my iMac when I try to go into music or movies. It freezes at the point of accessing the actual albums or movies. It is as if there is a problem with the remote accessing iTunes. The photo menu works fine. Also I can watch movies and listen to music via iTunes normally without remote.
I have recently installed iTunes 8 which could be the problem but it was working briefly after this. I don't remember doing anything significant that may have caused this error.
