i'm surprised that nobody has said this yet as far as screen-capture tools, but
SKITCH!
It's one of the best mac apps I've ever used, I swear by it. It is amazingly easy to mark up any screen snapshot/camera picture you take, post it on the internet, or save it in a common file format.
