Question about software purchased off eBay

I am looking at purchasing OS X server from a seller on eBay. The box is opened and all the CD's are there. Ther registration card is also included and has not been filled out but that's not to say it has not been done online.

What issues could I have with Apple on this type of purchase?

issues? none that I can think. even if its been registered online, apples rule is that if it is sold, the new owner gets full access/priveleges, and you can register as if you bought it new at the apple store. just make sure the discs arent scratched.
