Hello Everyone...my first post here, glad to have found Mac-Forums.

My question is one regarding an issue I have had for awhile with the
Mac Mail Application. I'm sure this question has been asked many times
here before. The question is:

Can anyone tell me how to avoid having my emails
turnout with a format like this
when I send to some users such as those who are
unfortunate enough to still be
using PCs. I have tried both the rich text and plain
text formats in my email
composition settings but still often see this format
of my text when I get a reply
to my email. I use Mail for composing both my
business and personal emails
and they often run on quite long when a format like
this can be very uncomfortable
for a reader. Any help would be much appreciated!

Thanks,
Ben

I've checked just about everything I can find in Mail to assist you - but nothing. I'm trying to remember what that type of text display is called. It's darned annoying to receive, as well as compose. I'm going to take a guess and suggest that you go Mail > File > Page Setup and change the paper size. See if that changes the way the text appears in the composition window.

Failing that, change your email application to Eudora or Thunderbird.
