I'm a Graphic Design major at a private university. We have dozens of Mac Pro's and 24-inch iMac's, and I was wondering if it would be possible to boot up on one of these through an external hard drive? I'd love to be able to use my own rendering and production software on them, implementing their horsepower, but on my own system so I can take it with me.
