itunes music gone

help, woke up 1 day, all my iTunes music gone,nothing there?
i have founfd some in a folder in the itunes.app in the HD area, i have managed to replace some. but not all.
but, i have 2200 songs on my ipod, but now only 1100 on my mac?? how did this happen and how do i recover all my songs. it also says not enough HD to store songs.how why??? how.

Little tip, this probably would have belonged in the Audio, or Switcher's Hangout forum, but all that aside here's your answer.

Your computer might be right there might not be enough storage on your HD, how much room is left, to check open Finer and it usually says at the bottom.
