I have an iMac duo core 2.6. Its fairly new about 2 months old, and recently about 3 or 4 times i would say, this grey screen has been coming whilst im using the computer, like today it did it whilst i was playing music in itunes, a small box comes up and tells me to hold the power button for 7 seconds to shut it down, so i do that, log back on, it then says mac OS x shut down unexpectedly?
I hope someone can shed some light on to this, as its kind of worrying me, as this is an expensive bit of kit, seems strange...
