Crashing Of Safari If I Go To a Flash Intensive Website

I have a 2.1GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 1GB memory, 120GB, 5400-rpm hard drive
Intel GMA X3100 white macbook that ive bought within the year and as of recently ive had problems with safari crashing when going to a a flash intensive website. It hasnt always happened and i was just curious what i could do to fix it.

Please explain it to me as easy as possible im not too familiar with all the computer lingo.
