I'm studying abroad in Russia right now and my friends and I decided to go out and buy some dvds. We don't want to use up our region codes so I was looking into how to get around that and it seemed that everyone was talking about VLC. I've downloaded that but when I go to open the dvd it will seem to load for a few seconds but then it stops loading and goes back to the VLC app.
I've tried dragging the folder with the DVD in, I've tried open file, open dvd, and a few other things. I've also tried multiple dvds. I'm hoping that I'm doing something wrong and that someone out there can help me!
