Network between multiple virtual machines

Good day everyone,
I'm searching for idea. I need to create network between multiple Windows virtual machines which runs on a same computer (OSX 10.5.5). I've tried to do this on Parallels Desktop but I failed. May be someone knows how it is possible to do, which software for virtualization I should use?

It depends on how you have your networking options configured for each of your VMs. If they are using NAT, all of them should be able to see each other. You may just need to tweak your firewall settings.

Based on what I've read, I am going to disagree with our esteemed moderator.

You might find the following helpful for general background on networking in VMs:

If the VMs are in NAT mode, there is a firewall between them and other guest VMs. Any VM you want to be seen from another VM (i.e., a server or any VM from which you want to share over the virtual network) needs to be in "bridged mode," not NAT. That's how I read the documentation and some of the threads at vmware.com (e.g., this thread: http://communities.vmware.com/thread/121291 ) There are some excellent discussions of these points on the VMWare forums, and I highly recommend browsing the forums and the VMWare Knowledge Base.

Hmmm... I've been running virtual machines in NAT since 2003 and have always had success with it, assuming that each VM has an IP in the same subnet. In fact, I once ran 3 VMs simultaneously back when I was studying for my MCSE. I had a server acting as a domain controller, a standard server and a client, and all three could see each other just fine.

Anyway, I stand corrected. Apparently Fusion puts each NATed VM into its own subnet.

I thought that was odd as well after I looked it up - I have not needed to do it myself but my (very) general understanding of NAT was the same as yours. However, the VMWare documentation is pretty specific, which is why I posted it. Hopefully the OP will report back and let us know how it went.
