how to work bootpicker?

I downloaded the program bootpicker and it installed fine. How do I make the program work?

Open System Preferences, go to "Other" and click on the "BootPicker" icon. Go through the program settings and select the default OS and what other changes you wish.

If you haven't installed Windows yet, only one choice will show up - Mac OS X.
