Saving Quark Files

One of our users is using Quark 6.0 and she is having a strange problem, when she saves the files to the server as a Quark 5 document it is saving it as a text file.

I've no idea whats going on as I don't personally use Quark or a Mac really our IT dept (well me) has got the task of looking after Macs and it's basically been me thrown in at the VERY DEEP end!

Any help at all would be much appreciated as i've got no idea!!

Has she updated to Quark 6.52?
