program for t-shirt design...

hello everyone even though this is my first post on macforums dont think i did not search first...

i need a program that will let me create/design t-shirts for my mac. i am talking like a program that will just give me a t-shirt template and it will let me do the rest.

does this exist? if so, what is it called? thank you so much...
