Hello,
I'm trying to create a VPN connection to work with my iPhone. We have a Cisco VPN router, and at home I use my Cisco client to connect and it works great, but I enter the appropriate info on the iPhone and when I flip the VPN from Off to On, it's stuck on "Starting..." in the VPN menu.

If I enter the wrong secret passphrase or username/password I immediately get "incorrect secret" or "incorrect password" so I know it's doing something.

Is there anything I could be missing?
I'm using IPSec
Server: Our Hostname
Account: (username)
Password: (duh)
Use Certificate: OFF (this option is greyed out)
Group Name: what i have from Group Name in my PC VPN Client
Secret: The clear passphrase

Just as a quick followup, I downloaded the enterprise deployment utility, I entered the secret phrase and tried both times with the encrypted and unencrypted version.
Encrypted phrase fails
Unencrypted phrase is what gets me to "Starting..."

Maybe our VPN router needs an IOS upgrade?

I got it to work, had to wait long enough after using the unencrypted passphrase, but the VPN will not stay connected for long. Seems to disconnect if the phone is put to standby?

Any insight would be helpful. Thanks!
