Rep Sony Superdrive in Flatpanel 17. Jumpers?

Sony went bad, and I'm dropping in a Pioneer 108. (17 inch 1.25 GHz iMac) Anybody know where I can find info on the jumpers? Or should I just leave it the way it's set up?
