I use Entourage (2008) and would like to archive email messages. The help section says to Duplicate your current Identity and rename it.

How do I do that?

put all your to archive mail in a folder or folders

Drag them to the desktop, each folder will become an mbox file.

You can re-import these at any time, and burn them to DVD for archiving

Job done
