Universal dock trouble...

I just got a universal dock for my iPhone and now find that my Apple remote, which previously worked fine with my iMac & Front Row, is now playing music off my iPhone.

Of course, I can just take the iPhone out of the dock when I want to use Front Row, but there ought to be a preference setting somewhere to control this behavior...

How can I get the remote to ignore the docked iPhone and just control Front Row as before?

Assuming you have 2 remotes (1 that you had for your mac one that came with the dock).

You can 'pair' a remote with a device so that only that remote will work with that device. http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1619?locale=en_GB
