A folder named User Template in Computer > Library > System cannot be accessed, even by the administrator. It has a red circle with a white horizontal line in it.

Its Info date is 1 April 1976, it does not state the size of the folder and contents, and access is denied. Very odd. Also a couple of OS X applications have that same date. I'm aware of the significance of that date in the annals of Apple history, but in OS 10.4.11?

What gives?
